I honestly don't remember ever having Science while I was in school in grades 6-8 or even high school. My first "Science" classes were in college at Mt. Sac. and except for physics and higher level chemistry, I was hooked. Since then, I became to realize that Science is literally everywhere! That you can sit in a chair, watch tv, turned slice potatoes into french fries, is all because of Science.
My goal this year is to hook all my students on Science also. It can be amazing, fasinating, messy, and downright awesome!
So my hope that this is just the start of many Science classes in your child's education and that they look forward to learning it each day.
Oh, yes, I will be taking that same passion while teaching the other subjects I will teach this year like middle school social studies and more!
Together I hope to make this a memorable, educational, and blessed school year!
